Special Use Permit Request at Planning Commission Meeting 9/10/2025
A request for a special use permit will be held at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission on September 10, 2025 at the Lincoln Township Hall at 5173 Johnsfield Rd., Standish at 7:00 p.m.
The Special Use Permit request is from Cordelio DevCo 11 LLC to install a temporary Meteorological Evaluation Tower or MET. The tower height will be 197’ 8”. This property is owned by Scott Osier. Tax Code 006-0-009-300-005-00. (AKA SE corner of Johnsfield and Melita Rds.)
